You can call me V.

I’m a People Development Specialist and founder of Ampersand Workspace, a boutique development agency that helps leaders and teams stay deeply human in the midst of change.

Through customized leadership programs, culture development, and facilitation, I help organizations and leaders transform disconnection, fatigue, and resistance into clarity, connection, and sustainable momentum.

My approach is high-touch and human-centered — blending strategy, intuition, and deep facilitation to create development that sticks. Every engagement is designed around the nuance of the organization I’m working with: its people, its purpose, and its moment.

The Embodied Leadership Program is a 12 week virtual program, limited to 20 participants maximum for depth, intimacy, and personalized attention.
